Weekly Pay:

All company drivers are paid weekly. Direct deposit to your bank is a no-cost option.

Talk With a Person:

24-7 check-in. You can call and talk with a staff member 24-7. You will reach a real person, not a computer switchboard.

Recognition and Safety Programs:

You will be recognized for your safe driving record and company service through the Di Pietro safety recognition plan. Fun contests with prizes are also a regular event at Di Pietro.

Driver Referral Bonus Program:

We enjoy hearing from experienced drivers in larger companies. Often they tell our drivers that they are lucky to be with Di Pietro. If you are a Di Pietro Driver and you refer an experienced driver to Di Pietro and we assign them a truck, then you will receive a referral bonus.

Home Time:

Unlike the giant companies, Di Pietro has you home weekly. Our area of operation is the West US, so you will have the best possible OTR experience.

Paid Training:

For drivers just out of driving school. You are teamed up with one of our Driver Trainers and taken out on actual routes. You receive a training manual that includes practical materials that are designed to help make you the best OTR driver that you could possibly be. Training Pay is $350 per week. Mileage is not a pay consideration until the Driver has completed training.
